Mission & Principles
The Mission of Bear Creek Golf Club, a private, member-owned, member managed club, is to provide high quality golf for its members and guests in an atmosphere of hospitality and social interaction.
In achieving its mission, we are committed to the following principles:
1. The Club will maintain an outstanding golf course, clubhouse and practice facility, provide excellent limited food service, and offer opportunities for social interaction. The Club is committed to play without the need for tee times.
2. The Club will maintain a highly qualified and courteous professional golf staff dedicated to USGA standards of play and conformance to the rules and etiquette of golf. The staff will offer effective golf instruction for all members, as well as encourage a broad program of tournament and recreational play.
3. The Club will continue to rely on members to supervise many of the functions associated with club operations.
4. The Board of Directors will provide responsible financial and custodial leadership, ensuring the sustainability of the Club, and will work to maintain a balance between affordability and accessibility to the Club's facilities by the members.
